| 摘 要： | 目的了解湖南省广州管圆线虫中间宿主及广州管圆线虫病自然疫源地的分布情况。方法分别在野外、螺类养殖场、餐饮场所、自由市场等4类场所进行福寿螺、褐云玛瑙螺、蛞蝓等中间宿主的分布调查,应用"肺检查法"结合"组织匀浆法"进行广州管圆线虫感染调查。结果福寿螺在湘中以南广大地区分布广泛,局部地区存在广州管圆线虫病自然疫源地。结论湖南省局部地区是广州管圆线虫病的自然疫源地,广州管圆线虫病对该省居民身体健康的潜在危害不容忽视。

| Abstract: | Objective To know the distrbution of natural infectious foci and the intermediate hosts of Angiostrongylus cantonenesis in Hunan province.Methods The distribution of Pomacea canaliculata,Achatna fulica and slugs was investigated in fields,farms,restaurants and free markets.Lung-check up and organize-plasm were used in the infection inspection of A.cantonensis.Results Pomacea canaliculata was widely epidemic in South-Central Hunan.Natural infectious foci of A.cantonensis was found in parcel areas.Conclusions Natural infectious foci of A.cantonensis is found in the parcel areas of Hunan Province.It can't be ignored that A.cantonenesis has latency danger to people's health of Hunan Province. |
