AO微型钢板内固定治疗掌指骨骨折

目的：探讨AO微型钢板内固定治疗掌指骨骨折的疗效。方法：本组31例42处骨折，掌骨18处，指骨24处，均采用开放复位AO微型钢板内固定．术后早期功能锻炼及正确的康复指导。结果：本组骨折全部愈合，随访2～12个月，骨关节活动范围佳。根据TAF评分，优16例，良11例，差4例，优良率为87％。结论：采用AO微型钢板内固定治疗手部掌指骨骨折，具有固定牢靠、可早期进行功能锻炼、骨折愈合时间短等优点，是一种理想的内固定方法。

Application of AO mini-plate in the treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures

Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of metacarpal and phalangeal fracture by internal fixation of AO mini-steel plate.Methods:31 patients with 42 fratures(18 metacarpal fractures and 24 phalangeal fractures) were treated with open reduction and internal fixation using AO mini steel plate followed by early functional exercises. Results:All fratures healed well and the follow-up period was 2~12 months.The range of motion was satisfying,according to the evaluation of TAF scales:16 reached excellent results,11 good and 4 poor,and the excellent and good rate was 87%. Conclusion:Internal fixation with mini-plate for metacarpal and phalangeal fractures is a perfect way,it ensures firmly fixation,with early exercise and shorter healing time.
