| 摘 要： | 目的观察异甘草酸镁治疗血液肿瘤化疗后肝损害的疗效。方法对45例肝功能异常的血液肿瘤患者应用异甘草酸镁治疗,淤胆型及混合型加用熊去氧胆酸及腺苷蛋氨酸,观察治疗前后的肝功能变化。结果 45例患者肝功能均恢复正常,且谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)值下降迅速。结论异甘草酸镁注射液对药物性肝损害有良好的疗效,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of Isoglycyrrhizinate Magnesium on treatment of liver damage after blood tumor chemotherapy.Methods Forty-five patients with abnormal liver function blood of cancer patients using Isoglycyrrhizinate Magnesium treatment were chosen.Changes in liver function before and after treatment were observed.Results Forty-five patients' liver function returned to normal,and the levels of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase decreased rapidly.Conclusion Isoglycyrrhizi... |
