| 摘 要： | 目的观察低位小切口甲状腺次全切除术的临床疗效。方法选择近3年内于本院就诊的行低位小切口甲状腺次全切除术的患者28例(小切口手术组),以及既往行传统甲状腺次全切除术的患者26例(传统手术组)作为研究对象,比较2组的临床疗效。结果 2组手术均获成功,小切口手术组在切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量、对邻近神经以及器官的影响等方面明显优于传统手术组,而在并发症方面无显著差异。结论低位小切口甲状腺次全切除术疗效优于传统手术,且未发现严重并发症,安全有效,值得推广。 |
