| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨参麦注射液联合无创正压通气在治疗COPD急性呼吸衰竭伴心衰的作用。方法:将我院呼吸科收治的COPD急性呼吸衰竭伴心衰患者30例随机分为两组,治疗组给予参麦注射液联合无创正压通气治疗,对照组给予单一无创正压通气治疗。监测患者呼吸困难症状、生命体征、血气分析及心功能等指标。结果:30例无创正压通气治疗,治疗组患者呼吸困难症状、呼吸频率、心率、血气分析及心功能等指标均较对照组明显改善,无创正压通气时间治疗组明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液能控制COPD呼衰及心衰的进一步加重,有效缩短无创正压通气的时间,有助于提高患者机械通气的耐受性,提高抢救成功率,防止病情的恶化。
