摘    要:
目的:考察温度对离体条件下尿酸盐结晶沉积的影响。方法:通过改变温度,观察人工关节液中及离体后肢关节腔中尿酸浓度的变化情况。结果:低温使人工关节液中尿酸盐结晶析出增多。随着环境温度降低及灌流液中尿酸浓度的增加,关节腔中尿酸浓度有所增加。结论:当机体处于低温环境下,且维持在高血尿酸的水平,有利于尿酸向关节腔转移并沉积。

Abstract:
Objective : To investigate the effects of temperature on the deposition of urate crystal in vitro.Methods: The changes of uric acid in both artificial joint fluid and hind-limb joint cavity in vitro were monitored under the changing temperature.Results: Low temperature promotes urate crystallizing in artificial joint fluid.Meanwhile,the concentration of uric acid in the joint cavity was notably increased when the ambient temperature reduced together with the increase of uric acid in the perfusate.Conclusion...
