氟比洛芬酯联合丙泊酚用于人工流产术麻醉及术后镇痛临床效果观察

目的观察氟比洛芬酯联合丙泊酚对人工流产术麻醉及其术后镇痛的效果。方法自愿要求行人工流产者80例,随机分为两组,每组40例,观察组氟比洛芬酯50mg+丙泊酚2mg/kg,对照组生理盐水3ml+丙泊酚2mg/kg;观察并记录用药前、睫毛反射消失时、术中、术毕时的SBP、HR、RR、SPO2,手术时间,苏醒时间,丙泊酚总用药量,术中麻醉效果,以及术毕清醒后1、5、15、30min视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果两组受术者睫毛反射消失时、术中SBP、SPO2均低于用药前(P<0.05);观察组丙泊酚用量少于对照组(P<0.05),术中麻醉效果评定为优的例数高于对照组(P<0.05);术毕清醒后1、5、15、30min时疼痛的VAS值观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在人工流产术中应用氟比洛芬酯对丙泊酚麻醉有增效作用,并具有良好的术后镇痛效果,是一种较安全理想的人工流产手术麻醉镇痛方法。

Clinical observation on Flurbiprofen Axetil Combined with Propofol for Induced Abortion

Objective: To evaluate the effects of flurbiprofen axetil combined with propofol in induced abortion anaesthesia and postoperative analgesia. Methods: 80 patients undergone artificial abortion were randomly divided into two groups: group FP (flurbiprofen axetil 50mg propofol 2mg/kg, n=40) and group P(physiological saline 3ml propofol 2mg/kg, n=40). SBP, HR, RR, SPO2, operation time, recovery time, propofol dosage, anesthetic efficacy and postoperative visual analog scale(VAS) were recorded. Results: When eyelash reflex disappeared, intra-operation SBP and SPO2 in two groups were lower than pre-anesthetic"s. It showed significant difference between the two groups in Propofol dosage, intra-operative anesthetic efficacy and postoperative VAS. Conclusion: Flurbiprofen axetil combined with propofol for induced abortion can increase intra-operative anesthetic efficacy and decrease postoperative pain intensity.
