间充质干细胞与调节性T细胞的研究进展

间充质干细胞（mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs）无免疫原性,且具有免疫调节的功能。调节性T细胞（regulatory T cell,Treg）是一类具有负性免疫调节作用的T细胞亚群,MSCs和Treg通过复杂的作用机制维持免疫耐受,限制效应细胞的应答程度,从而纠正和防止过度免疫反应。同时大量研究表明MSCs在体外和体内都能上调Treg水平,并以此来发挥免疫抑制作用,治疗移植物抗宿主病（GVHD）、系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）、类风湿关节炎（RA）、1型糖尿病（T1DM）等自身免疫性疾病。
