| Abstract: | The emergence of the personnel agency system in the hospital is the result of the development of socialist market economy and a certain requirement for a person by the current health reform. This article briefs the background of implementing personnel agency system in the authors＇hospital, the current situation and the difficulties and problems in the course of carrying out the personnel agency system and the countermeasures they had taken to tackle those problems. |
