| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脑弥漫性轴索损伤（ＤＡＩ）的ＭＲＩ诊断价值。材料与方法：对２０例临床表现符合ＤＡＩ的病列ＭＲＩ表现特点进行分析。结果：ＭＲＩ表现为中线未见移位，多数病灶较小且为非血性，脑干和胼胝体损伤灶多见于重度头部损伤病人，常伴有其他类型脑部损伤。结论：结合临床，ＭＲＩ能对ＤＡＩ作出正确诊断，是ＤＡＩ首选影像学检查方法。

| Abstract: | Purpose:TO investigate the value of MRI in the diagnosis of diffuse axonal injury .Materials and methods:MRI manifestations of 20 paatiens with DAI were analysed.Result:All patients'MR imaging showed that median lines werenot displaced .Most lesions were small and non- hemorrhagic.Brainstem and corpus collosum lesions appeared in severehead injuries. Conclusion: MRI should be considered to be the initial choice of imaging modality in diffuse axonal injury.COInbined with chnical signS, MRI could diagrtase the DAI accurately. |
