慢性乙肝病毒携带者的细胞免疫功能变化及其与血清HBV DNA的关系

目的　探讨慢性乙肝病毒携带者的细胞免疫功能变化与血清 HBVDNA关系。方法　应用流式细胞仪直接免疫荧光法检测 5 0例慢性乙肝病毒携带者外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群百分率 ,并以 2 0例正常健康人为对照组进行比较。结果　乙肝病毒携带者外周血 CD3+ 细胞百分率与正常对照组比较 ,无统计学差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。 Th细胞百分率较正常对照组明显降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;Tc细胞百分率则明显升高 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;Th/ Tc明显降低 (P<0 .0 1 )。HBVD-NA (+)组与 HBVDNA (- )组相比 ,CD3+ 细胞百分率无统计学差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,Th细胞百分率有降低趋势 ,Tc细胞百分率有升高趋势 ,而 Th/ Tc明显下降 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论　 HBV感染可导致乙肝病毒携带者细胞免疫功能改变 ,HBVDNA复制增加可进一步导致乙肝病毒携带者细胞免疫功能紊乱

The influence of serum HBVDNA levels on the function of cellular immunity in chronic hepatitis B-virus carriers

Objective To find out the influence of serum HBVDNA levels on the function of cellular immunity in hepatitis B virus carriers.Methods Peripheral T cell subsets in 50 chronic HBV carriers without biochemical evidence of liver disease and controls were analyzed by direct immunofluorescence using flow cytometry.Results No differences were observed between HBV carriers and controls.The rate of Th cell and Th/Tc were significantly reduced( P <0 05 and P <0 01,respectively)and Tc cell was significantly increased( P <0 01)in 50 symptomatic HBV carriers as compared with controls.The rate of CD 3 + cell in HBVDNA(+)carriers showed no significant difference from those of HBVDNA(-)carriers.The rate of Th cell was lower,Tc cell was higher and Th/Tc was significantly reduced( P <0 01)in HBVDNA(+)carriers as compared with HBVDNA(-)carriers.Conclusions These findings suggest that the disorder of cellular immunity in patients with hepatitis B would be caused by HBV infected,and the increasing levels of HBVDNA in sera can make the disorder advanced.
