| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨行腹腔镜手术的结直肠癌患者的心理护理策略。方法：对56例行腹腔镜手术的结直肠癌患者术前、术后分别给予传统心理护理和腹腔镜肿瘤切除的特殊护理。结果：接受腹腔镜肿瘤手术特殊心理护理的病人术前血压明显低于对照组,术后排气、排便时间明显短于对照组。结论：对腹腔镜肿瘤手术的病人给予特殊心理护理不但能够消除手术病人的术前紧张情绪,而且对术后病人的恢复也有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective：To approach the strategies of mental nursing to the patients with colorectal cancer treated by laparoscopic surgery.Methods：The 56 cases with colorectal cancer were supplied with traditional and special mental nursing before and after operation.Results：Preoperative blood pressures of the patients with special mental nursing were lower than the patients′ with traditional mental nursing,the fating and defecating of the former was earlier than the latter′s.Conclusions：The special mental nursing can not only relieve the patients′ anxiety,but also promote their recovering. |
