彩色多普勒超声诊断小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎

目的：分析彩色多普勒超声诊断小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的方法及价值。方法：寻找患儿腹腔内肿大的淋巴结,观察其存在部位、数量、大小、形态及血流分布情况,并与一周后复查结果对比。结果：360例不同程度腹痛或不明原因哭闹的患儿,201例超声发现肠系膜淋巴结肿大,且无其它引起腹痛的常见病,抗炎治疗一周后复查,多可治愈。结论：超声能为临床诊断小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎提供可靠的影像学依据。

Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Pediatric Acute Mesenteric Lymphadenitis

Objective：To explore the methods and the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of pediatric acute mesenteric lymphadenitis（AML）.Methods：To find the enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes in the children′s abdominal cavity,then observe the position,amount,size,shape,and CDFI,and compare the result after a week.Results：360 children with abdominal pain in varying degrees or crying with unknown reasons,enlargement of mesenteric lymph nodes were found in 201 children and there were no other common diseases which can cause abdominal pain after a week of anti-inflammatory treatment,most of the children could be cured.Conclusions：color Doppler ultrasound has important utility in the diagnosis of pediatric AML and it should be taken as a first selective protocol.
