安义县血吸虫病传播阻断后23年疫情监测

1988-2010年安义县血吸虫病监测发现,1997、2004、2010年分别查出有螺面积53.36、6.67、1.00hm2。1997年查获感染性钉螺,当年钉螺复现地区居民和耕牛血吸虫感染率分别为1.27%和6.27%,其中6～14岁中小学生和≤2岁耕牛感染率分别为6.01%和6.25%,并发生1例急性血吸虫感染病例;除1997年外,其余年份均未见人群和家畜血吸虫感染。结果表明,血吸虫病传播阻断后需继续加强监测和防治,才能有效巩固血吸虫病传播阻断成果。

Endemic situation of schistosomiasis after transmission-interrupted in Anyi County:a 23-year surveillance

The surveillance of schistosomiasis in Anyi County from 1988 to 2010 showed,the area with snails in 1997,2004 and 2010 were 53.36,6.67 hm2 and 1.00 hm2,respectively.And infected snails were found in 1997.The infection rates of permanent residents and local bovine in snail-reappeared areas were 1.27% and 6.27%,respectively,among them the infection rates of students aged 6-14 and bovine aged ≤ 2 years old were 6.01% and 6.25%,respectively,with a case of acute schistosomiasis in students.And except in 1997,there were no schistosome infection cases in population and livestock in other years.It is indicated that surveillance on schistosomiasis shoube be strengthened to consolidate the achieved control results.
