摘    要:目的建立土壤中氯硝柳胺的超声萃取-高效液相色谱检测方法。方法土壤样品经风干研磨过筛后,称取10g加入90 m l甲醇超声萃取3次,应用高效液相色谱分离,紫外检测器检测氯硝柳胺含量。结果方法线性范围为1~100μg/m l,检出限为50μg/kg,相对标准偏差为4.6%(n=7),样品加标回收率为73.0%~77.4%,平均回收率为75.1%。结论应用超声萃取-高效液相色谱检测土壤中氯硝柳胺含量,操作简便,定量准确,仪器要求低,易于普及。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for determination of niclosamide in soil by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with ultrasonic extraction.Methods The soil was firstly dried at room temperature and then grounded down to a fine granular material,and further sieved by using a copper mesh of 90 μm.The sieved soil sample(10 g) was extracted ultrasonically with 90 ml methanol thrice for 17 min each time.Finally the extract was concentrated and analyzed by HPLC with an ultraviolet detector.Results The analytical method was shown to be linear in the range of 1—100 μg/ml and reached the limit of detection of 50 μg/kg.The relative standard deviation(RSD) was 4.6%(n=7).The method accuracy was also assessed and good recovery rates(73.0%—77.4%) were obtained.Conclusion The proposed method based on ultrasonic extraction with HPLC is a simple and accurate method for analysis of niclosamide in soil.
