临床路径在阑尾切除术网络数据中的应用

目的:探讨临床路径方法和网络数据在阑尾切除术中的运用,为住院患者临床决策提供方法和实践参考.方法:收集归纳和清洗某中型综合医院近年所有阑尾切除术住院患者接受医疗服务的全程网络数据,运用临床路径分析方法形成阑尾切除术诊疗流程.结果:在综合分析基础上,结合临床指南和临床专家意见,确定临床路径流程.理论上可以使阑尾切除术平均住院日缩短3.19d,为医院多创收0.59万元.结论:临床路径可显著缩短住院日、减少患者住院费用和增加满意度的同时,增加医院总收入,规范疾病诊疗过程,提高医院竞争力.

Application of clinical pathway in appendectomy's network data

Objective:To probe into the application of network data and clinical pathway method in appendectomy, and provides methods and references to clinic decision-making. Methods:Network data of t he patients received appendectomy were collected and cleaned by clinica l pathway method to fo rm an appendectomy clinical treatment flow. Results: Based on the analysis of the data and combined with the consultation of clini cal experts and guidelines, the final treatment flow of clinical pathway was ach ieved. The suitable clinical pathway flow of appendectomy can shorten the average hospital stay by 3.19 days and in crease excessive 5.9 thousand Yuan income. Conclusion: The clinical pathway can significantly shorten the hospital stay, decrease patients' cost and increase their satisfaction . Meanwhile, it c an also increase the total income of the hospital, regulate the diagnosis and tr eatment process of diseases and enhance the hospital competitiveness.
