首乌延寿丹对家兔骨关节炎的防治作用及其可能机制

目的观察首乌延寿丹对兔骨关节炎（Osteoarthritis,OA）的防治作用。方法将24只日本大耳白兔随机分成空白对照组、模型组、首乌延寿丹组。ACLT术1]制作OA模型。于第12周末观察软骨病理形态学改变;免疫组化法测定软骨Ⅱ型胶原及基质金属蛋白酶-1（MMP-1）的表达。结果以ACLT术成功建立了OA模型。首乌延寿丹组病变明显减轻,Ⅱ型胶原的蛋白表达明显升高（P〈0.01）;MMP-1表达明显降低（P〈0.01）。结论首乌延寿丹可明显抑制OA发展,这一作用可能是通过增加Ⅱ型胶原的蛋白表达、下调MMP-1表达来实现的。

The preventive effect of SWYSD on the osteoarthritis in rabbits animal model and its possible mechanism

【Objective】 To investigate the preventive effects of SWYSD on the rabbits with Osteoarthritis（OA）.【Methods】 24 Japan big-ear white rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group﹑model group﹑SWYSD group.The OA model was established with ACLT.Pathological changes of collagen was observed and the expression of typeⅡcollagen and metalloproteinase-1（MMP-1） was detected by immunohistochemistry in the 12th week.【Results】 The OA model was successfully established with ACLT.There was severe pathological lesion in model group;The expression of typeⅡcollagen in model group were upwnregulated（P0.01）,the expression of MMP-1 in model group were downregulated（P0.01）.【Conclusion】 SWYSD can prevent the formation of OA by upregulating the expression of typeⅡcollagen and downregulating the expression of MMP-1.
