米多君联合参附注射液治疗血液透析相关性低血压的临床观察

目的观察米多君联合参附注射液治疗血液透析相关性低血压的临床疗效。方法治疗组与对照组患者均于透析前30min口服盐酸米多君5mg,两组在统一透析条件下对每位入选患者分别连续观察其用药后10次透析前血压,透析过程中最低血压和透析后血压,患者出现IDH时,对照组降低超滤速度,提高透析液钠浓度,降低透析液温度,输注生理盐水或高渗葡萄糖等,治疗组给予参附注射液40mL静脉注射。观察两组治疗前后血压、心率的变化。结果治疗组患者共发生低血压62例次,经处理后显效43例,总有效率为91.94%;对照组共发生低血压65例次,经处理后显效31例,总有效率为69.23%,两组发生低血压患者经处理后,血压均有不同程度升高,治疗组效果明显优于对照组,且治疗后治疗组ALB、CRP与对照组比较有明显差异。结论米多君联合参附注射液应用起到协同作用,疗效明显优于单用米多君常规治疗,值得在临床上推广。
