| 摘 要： | 目的观察鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的疗效以及影响疗效的相关因素。方法回顾性分析我院鼻内镜手术微创治疗的180例鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者的临床资料。结果 180例患者治愈147例,好转18例,无效15例,总有效率91.7%。结论鼻内镜手术是治疗鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的一种安全有效的方法,术前评估和术后复查尤为重要。 |

| Abstract: | 【Objective】 To investigate the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic surgery for sinusitis and nasal polyps.【Methods】 Retrospective analysis of minimally invasive endoscopic surgery in our hospital treated 180 cases of sinusitis and nasal polyps in patients with clinical data.【Results】 One hundred and forty-seven of 180 patients were cured,18improved,15of null and void,and the total efficiency was 91.7%.【Conclusion】 The treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyps under nasal endo-scopic surgery has a good effect. |
