睾丸微小结石症3例报告与文献复习

目的：本文报告3例睾丸微小结石症患儿结合文献对其病理、声像图特征以及常见伴发症进行讨论。方法：应用高频超声诊断，同时确定是否存在其它阴囊疾病。结果：声像图表现为睾丸实质内弥漫分布针尖大小强光点，无声影，其中2例一侧隐睾，1例双侧睾丸发育不良，双侧均见微小结石。结论：本病声像图特征明显，不必穿刺活检，即可诊断。因 不孕症的发病率高，特别是有睾丸肿瘤发生的倾向，应定期随访观察。

Testiculr Microlithiasis: Three Cases Reported and Literature Reviewed

Objective:Testicular microlithiasis is a rare situation.We reported 3 cases and reviewed literatures to discuss the pathology and the sonography of the disease and associated complications.Methods:Three cases with testicular microlithiasis were diagnosed with high frequency sonography,and any other situations in the scrotum were also comfirmed.Results:Sonographic examination of testes revealed difuse,punctate,hyperechoic,nonshadowing foci throughout the testicular parenchyma.Two patients had one side cryptorchidism and 1 case had agenesis of both testes.Conclusions:Biopsy of testes in these cases is unnecessary because the sonographic appearance of testicular microlithiasis is characteristic.Patients with testicular microlithiasis need to be followed up due to the high incidence of male infertility and testicular neoplasms.
