对公立医院改革背景下临床路径管理模式的若干认识与思考

摘要：在公立医院改革背景下，从临床路径产生的背景、意义、定位等多个角度，深入剖析与阐释了在临床路径设计、实施过程中容易产生困惑与误解的一些问题。认为临床路径应该是以提升医院整体管理水平为目标的管理模式，其设计应反映不同医院、医生及病人的特点，并运用多种管理手段与技术提高医疗资源的使用效率。

Some Understanding and Consideration of Management Mode of Clinical Pathway under the Background of Reform in Public Hospitals

Under the background of public hospital reform and from many points of background,significance and location of clinical pathway,the authors deeply analyze and explain some problems in the forms of puzzles and misunderstandings which easily come out in designing and implementing clinical pathway.They think the goal of clinical pathway is a management mode to upgrade the overall management in hospitals,which reflects the characteristics of different hospitals,different doctors and different patients.And many management methods and technology are practiced to improve the efficiency in the application of medical resources.
