冠心病患者QT间期离散度改变的临床意义

目的　探讨冠心病患者心电图QT间期离散度的改变及临床意义。方法　对 118例冠心病患者行选择性冠状动脉造影 ,以无血管狭窄者为对照组 ,以冠脉血管狭窄程度 6 0 %～ 10 0 %者为观察组。测定QT离散度 ,再把观察组按有无心衰分为两组进行比较。结果　对照组与观察组的QT离散度分别为 38± 11ms和 5 4.1± 2 2 .3ms(P <0 .0 0 1)。有、无心衰组的QT离散度分别为 6 2 .1± 2 0 .2ms、5 0 .3± 2 7.8ms两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　心电图QT离散度的改变与心肌缺血的程度呈正相关。

Clinical importance of variation of QT dispersions in patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To observe the variation of QT dispersions(QTd) of electrocardiogram(ECG) in patients with different coronary heart diseaeses(CHD). Methods The coronary arteriograpliy was olone in 118 CHD patients. Among of them,32 patients with non-angiostenosis as the control group and 86 patients with vascular stenosis as observation group. Then,QTd of patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) and non-CHF patients were compared.Results QTd were 38±11ms in control group and 54.1±22.3ms in observation group respectively (P<0.001). The QTd of CHF group and non-CHF groups were 62.1±20.2ms,and 50.3±27.8ms respectively, which had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The change of QTd has parallel ralationship with the degree of myocardial ischemia.
