脑电图在儿童病毒性脑炎中的应用价值

目的：探讨脑电图（EEG）对儿童病毒性脑炎的诊断价值及评价疾病预后的意义。方法：采用日本光电16导脑电图仪对住院的145例病毒性脑炎患儿进行脑电图检查及临床分析评估。结果：145例中134例异常,异常率为92.4%,异常脑电图均为多灶性或弥漫性中高波幅及慢波增多,α波节律减弱或消失,部分可见棘波、尖波、棘慢波。结论：脑电图是监测早期脑功能变化及病理变化较为敏感的指标,并对判定疾病的严重程度及预后有重要价值。

Clinic value of electroencephalogram in diagnosing viral encephalitis in children

Objective:To explore the clinic value of electroencephalogram (EEG) in diagnosing viral encephalitis in children and evaluating the prognosis. Methods: Employed EEG examination to 145 cases with viral encephalitis and made clinic analysis. Results: 134 cases were abnormal with abnormal rate as 92.4%. The EEG was mainly characterized as increasing multifocal or diffusive high amplitude,and declining or disappearing α wave. Some cases showed spike wave,sharp wave and spike and slow wave. Conclusion: EEG is sensitive index for monitoring cerebral function at early stage and pathological variation. Besides,it is valuable in judging severity and prognosis.
