摘    要:
目的建立HPLC法同时测定丹参和甘肃丹参中丹参素钠、原儿茶醛和丹酚酸B含量的方法,通过3种水溶性活性成分测定,评价野生和甘肃栽培丹参、野生和栽培甘肃丹参的质量。方法色谱柱为C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-冰醋酸-水(20:80:1);流速1.0ml/min。二元梯度洗脱。结果丹参素钠、原儿茶醛、丹酚酸B分别在58—1455ng、15-162ng、825-8250ng范围内线性关系良好,回收率分别为102.20%、101.53%和103.03%。结论方法简便、准确、分离效果好,可作为丹参水溶性活性3种成分的同时定量测定方法。

Abstract:
Objective To develop an HPLC method on the simultaneous determination of sodium danshensu, protocatechulaldehyde, salvianolic acid B in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. and Salvia przewalskii Maxim. Evaluated the quality of wild and cultivated Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. and Salvia przewalskii Maxim. by determining three kinds of water-soluble active components in them. Methods Use the method dual gradient elution. The analysis was carried on a chromatographic C18(4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol-glacial acetic acid-water(20: 80:1 ) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Results The linear correlation of sodium danshensu, protocatechuialdehyde, salvianolic acid B were well in 58 - 1455 ng, 15 - 162 ng and 825 - 8250 ng respectively. The average recoveries were 102.20 %, 101.53 % and 103.03 % respectively. Conclusion This method is convenient, accurate and rapid. It can be used to determine the three water-soluble active components in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. and Salvia przewalskii Maxim. at the same time.
