LPHP治疗老年肱骨近端粉碎骨折

目的：探讨应用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端粉碎骨折的疗效。方法：2004年4月-2009年8月我科使用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端粉碎骨折51例，患者年龄60～83岁，平均65岁。骨折按Neer分型，2部分骨折18例，3部分骨折27例，4部分骨折6例。结果：51例均获随访，随诊5—24个月，平均14个月，所有患者均获骨性愈合。肩关节功能按Neer疗效评分系统评定，优34例，良13例，可4例，优良率为92．2％。结论：锁定加压钢板治疗老年人肱骨近端骨折疗效满意，是治疗老年人肱骨近端骨折较合适有效的内固定方法。

Application of LPHP in the treatment of communited proximal humeral fractures in elder patients

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of LPHP in the treatment of communited proximal humeral fractures in elder patients. Methods： From April 2004 to August 2009 in our department, 51 patients of communited proximal humeral fractures were treated by LPHP, the age of the patients was 60-83 years, with an average of 65 years. According to Neer classification, 18 cases were two-part fracture, 27 cases were three-part fracture and 6 cases were four-part fracture. Results： 51 patients were all followed up for 5-24 months, with an average of 14 months, all fractures occurred bony union. The clinical results were excellent in 34 cases, good in 13 cases and fair in 4 cases according to Neer functional assessment system, the excellent and good rate was 92.2%. Conclusion： LPHP in the treatment of communited proximal humeral fractures in elder patients has satisfactory effect, it is a suitable and effective treatment for the eider patients with communited proximal humeral fractures.
