摘 要: | 目的:研究麦冬多糖对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠血糖及免疫器官的影响。方法:腹腔注射四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病小鼠模型,分别用生理盐水、二甲双胍和两种不同剂量的麦冬多糖灌胃,给药测定小鼠;分别于给药7、14、21、28d后测定空腹血糖值及胸腺、脾脏指数。结果:麦冬多糖(200、400mg/kg)能显著降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖水平(P<0.01)及胸腺、脾脏指数。结论:麦冬多糖对四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠有降血糖作用并能保护糖尿病小鼠的免疫器官。

Study on the effect of diabetic mice with polysaccharide in ophiopogonjaponicus |

Abstract: | Objective: Research on influence of blood and immune organs of four in alloxan diabetic mice with polysaccharide in ophiopogonjaponicus. Methods: Intraperitoneal injection of alloxan diabetic mice model four, intragastric administration with physiological saline, metformin and two kinds of polysaccharide in ophiopogonjaponicus, administration in mice; Determination of fasting blood glucose value and thymus, spleen index after administration of 7, 14, 21, 28d. Results: Polysaccharide of ophiopogon japonicus (200, 400mg/kg) could significantly reduce the blood glucose levels in diabetic mice (P〈0.01) and thymus, spleen index. Conclusion: Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharide hypoglycemic effect on alloxan induced diabetic mice four and protection of diabetic mice immune orzans. |
