摘 要: | 目的:探讨电针对褥疮大鼠血清一氧化氮(NO)及血清内皮素1(ET-1)含量的影响。方法:采用大鼠背部皮肤植入铁片外压磁铁法制造大鼠皮肤压疮模型,将75只SD大鼠按随机数字表法随机分为空白组、针刺组和电针组3组,每组25只。观察各组大鼠在接受治疗1天、3天、7天、14天、21天后血清NO及ET-1含量变化。结果:治疗1天时,3组大鼠血清NO及ET-1含量无显著差异。从治疗3天开始,电针组各时间点大鼠血清NO含量逐渐升高,血清ET-1含量逐渐降低。血清NO含量在14天时达到高峰,然后逐渐下降,血清ET-1含量在14天时降至最低点,二者具有明显的拮抗性。结论:电针可提高褥疮大鼠血清NO含量,抑制并降低ET-1含量,有减低组织损伤的程度、促进损伤组织修复的作用。

Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect of electroacupuncture on the content of NO and ET - 1 of serum in rats with pressure sores. Methods:Implant a piece of steel in the back skin of rats and then put corresponding specifications of the magnet above steel. 75 SD rats were randomly divided into three groups : blank group, acu- puncture group and electroacpuncture group. The contents of NO and ET - 1 were observed on the 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days and 21 days in the serum of rats. Results:When the ld treatment was finished, there was no significant difference on the content of NO and ET - 1 in three groups. From the third day, the content of NO gradually increased and ET - 1 decreased gradually at each time point in EA group. The content of NO reached its peak on the 14th day, and then decreased. The content of ET - 1 was at the lowest level on the 14th day, they were obvious antagonism. Conclusion:EA can reduce the extent of tissue injury and promote the re- pair speed of damaged tissue through increasing the contents of NO and reducing the contents of ET - 1. |
