中药酊剂穴位按摩治疗颈性失眠临床观察与辨证施护体会

目的：探讨中医辨证施护对颈性失眠临床疗效的影响。方法：50例经确诊的颈性失眠患者在接受中药穴位按摩治疗的同时，给予辨证施护的方案，与未进行辨证施护的50例颈性失眠患者进行比较，最后根据阿森斯失眠量表对患者睡眠改善情况进行记录。结果：在给予辨证施护的50例颈性失眠患者中，无睡眠障碍39例（78%），可疑失眠8例（16%），失眠3例（6%），颈性失眠患者睡眠障碍较治疗前明显改善。结论：中医辨证施护有助于改善颈性失眠患者的睡眠障碍症状。

TCM tincture point massage treatment of cervical insomnia clinical observation and the nursing experience in syndrome differentiation

Objective： To explore the nursing to the syndrome differentiation of TCM journal sex insomnia clinical curative effect influence. Methods： 50 patients diagnosed cervical sex insomnia in TCM acupuncture point massage therapy at the same time; give the differentiation of the nursing program, with no differentiation of the nursing of 50 patients with neck problems, according to the Athens insomnia scale for patients with sleep improvement. Results： in giving the nursing of 50 cases of cervical syndrome differentiation in patients with insomnia, not sleep disorder 39 cases （78%）, suspicious insomnia, 8 cases （16%）, insomnia, 3 cases （6%）, and cervical sex insomnia in patients with sleep disorders than before treatment significantly improved. Conclusion： TCM syndrome differentiation the nursing can help improve neck sex insomnia sleep disorders in patients with symptoms.
