针灸配合中药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎50例疗效观察

目的：探讨针灸配合中药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果。方法：选取我院50例溃疡性结肠炎患者，随机均分为治疗组和对照组，分别采取针灸配合中药灌肠和单纯中药灌肠的治疗方法，比较临床症状和肠镜结果。结果：临床症状和结肠镜结果治疗组都优于对照组。结论：在治疗溃疡性结肠炎上，单纯的中药灌肠治疗方法的治疗效果远没有针灸结合中药灌肠的治疗方法的治疗效果显著，针灸结合中药灌肠的治疗方法值得在临床上推广使用。

Efficacy observation on treating 50 cases of UC by acupuncture combined with herbal retention enema

Objective： To investigate the effect of acupuncture with herbal retention enema treatment on ulcerative colitis. Methods： 50 cases of hospital patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into treated group and control group, respectively, to take acupuncture and herbal retention enema and simple herbal retention enema method, comparing the results of clinical symptoms and colonoscopy. Results： The clinical symptoms and colonoscopy results of the treated group were better than the control group. Conclusion： In the treatment of ulcerative colitis, the effect of herbal retention enema with acupuncture treatment is far better than the simple herbal retention enema treatment, worthy of clinical practice.
