中药内服外洗治疗阴道炎70例疗效观察

目的：探讨中药内服外洗对阴道炎的临床疗效。方法：140例阴道炎患者随机分为两组，每组70例，治疗组给予中药内服外洗治疗，对照组给予保妇康栓外用，治疗后比较两组患者临床疗效，比较两组患者治疗前后中医症候评分变化情况。结果：治疗组临床疗效优于对照组（x2＝7.0564，P<0.05）；治疗后两组患者中医症候评分较治疗前减少，与治疗前比较 t 值分别为26.656、18.066，P<0.05，治疗组低于对照组（t＝604011，P<0.05）；两组患者用药期间无不良反应，治疗前后心电图及肝肾功能检测均在正常范围。结论：中药内服外洗治疗阴道炎疗效确切，安全无副作用，可作为阴道炎治疗的优选方案。

Clinical observation on treating 70 cases of vaginitis by herbal internal and external washing

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of herbal internal and external washing on treating vaginitis. Methods： 140 patients with vaginitis were randomly divided into two groups, 70 cases for each group; the treatment group was given herbal internal and external washing treatment, the control group was given Baofu Kangshuan for external use only, after treated, clinical curative effect of two groups were compared. TCM symptom score changes ftwo groups were compared before and after treatment. Results： The clinical efficacy of the treated group was better than that of the control group （x2=7.0564, P〈0.05）; TCM symptom score of two groups was reduced, compared with before treatment t value were 26.656, 18.066, P〈0.05, the treated group was lower than the control group （t= 604011, P〈0.05）; No adverse reactions during two groups of patients with medicine use, before and after treatment electrocardiogram （ecg） and liver and kidney function tests were in normal range. Conclusion： Herbal internal and external washing has curative effect on treating vaginitis, safe without side effects, could be used for optimization of vaginitis treatment.
