丹参针配合黄芪针治疗毛细支气管炎临床观察

目的：观察丹参针配合黄芪针治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法：将120例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组60例，对照组给予常规抗感染、吸氧、吸痰等对症综合治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用丹参针及黄芪针进行辅助治疗。结果：治疗组显效43例，有效14例，无效3例，总有效率95.0%。对照组显效11例，有效32例，无效17例，总有效率71.7%。治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.01）。两组均未有不良反应情况发生。结论：丹参针配合黄芪针治疗小儿毛细支气管炎效果显著，值得在临床上推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating capillary bronchitis by salvia miltiorrhiza and astragalus membranaceus injection

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of salvia miltiorrhiza and astragalus membranaceus injection. Methods： 120 cases in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups： the treated group （60 cases） and the control group （60 cases）. The control group was given comprehensive treatment like conventional anti-infective, oxygen and sputum suction. On this basis, the treatment group was added salvia miltiorrhiza and astragalus membranaceus injection. Results： In the treated group 43 cases had marked effect, 14 cases effective, 3 had no effect, and total efficiency was 95.0%. In the control group, 11 cases had marked effect, 32 cases effective, 17 had no effect, total efficiency was 71.7%. The total efficiency in the treated group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. Both groups with no adverse reaction occurred. Conclusion： The clinical effect of salvia miltiorrhiza and astragalus membranaceus injection is significant in treating capillary bronchitis, so worthy of widely applying in clinical therapy.
