半夏泻心汤加味治疗寒热错杂证慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效观察

目的：探讨半夏泻心汤加味治疗寒热错杂证慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：80例门诊及住院寒热错杂证CAG患者80例随机分为两组，观察组40例患者给服经验方半夏泻心汤；对照组40例给予西医常规治疗，维酶素片7片/次，猴头健胃灵胶囊4片/次，3次/d。两组均连续治疗12周后复查胃镜以判断疗效。结果：两组患者治疗后临床症状均有不同程度的改善（P<0.05或0.01），其中观察组胃脘痞满、隐痛、嗳气等症状改善较对照组更加显著（P<0.05）；观察组治愈率、有效率分别为52.5%、90.0%，较对照组明显提高（P均<0.05）。结论：半夏泻心汤加味治疗寒热错杂证慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效理想，值得临床推荐应用。

Effect observation on treating mixed cold and heat evidence CAG with modified Banxia Xiexin decoction

Objective： To explore clinical efficacy of modified Banxia Xiexin decoction in treating mixed cold and heat evidence chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）. Methods： 80 cases were divided into two groups, 40 for each. The observation group was given the Banxia Xiexin decoction; while the control group was given the normal modem medicine therapy, Weimeisu tablets one time 7 pieces, hedgehog stomach capsules 4 pieces one time, 3 times a day. After 12 weeks of continuous treatment both groups review the endoscopy to determine the efficacy. Results： After treatment, the two groups have different degrees of clinical symptoms （P〈0.05 or 0.01）, the epigastric fullness, pain, belching and other symptoms in observation group was improved significantly more than the control group （P〈0.05）; the cured rate and efficiency of observation group were 52.5% and 90.0%, compared with the control group was significantly increased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The modified Banxia Xiexin decoction is effective on treating mixed cold and heat evidence CAG~ worthy of a wide application.
