戊酸雌二醇对去势大鼠血液流变学的影响

目的 为探求卵巢切除大鼠在行戊酸雌二醇（一种雌激素）替代治疗后其血液流变学指标的变化。方法 实验动物采用12周正常雌性Wistar大鼠，随机分成假手术组（6只），卵巢切除组（oophorectomized,OOX,10只）和卵巢切除雌激素替代治疗组（estrogen replacement therapy,ERT,10只）。ERT组大鼠在手术4周后，行戊酸雌二醇800mg/Kg/qd替代4周，左心室取血，行血细胞压积，红细胞压积，各切变率下的全血粘度，红细胞变形指数等血液流变学指标的检测，结果 OOX组大鼠的子宫明显出现萎缩，假手术组和ERT组各血液流变学指标间的差异不明显；OOX组低切变率（5s^-1)下的全血粘度值，血浆粘度值，以及红细胞总变形指数和各切变率下的红细胞变形指数均高于假手术组和ERT组；而血细胞压积，高切变率下的全血粘度值和红细胞取向指数三组间的差异不明显。结论 大鼠卵巢切除后行适量的戊酸雌二醇替代治疗，其血液流变学性质可接近于正常鼠水平，而与未行ERT的大鼠存在明显的差异。

Effect of hemorheological parameters in oophorectomized rats receiving estrogen replacement therapy

Objective To investigate the changes of hemorheological parameters in female oophorectomized rats receiving estrogen replacement therapy(ERT). Methods Twenty-six Wistar Rats(12week-old) were randomly divided into three groups:sham-operated rats,oophorectomized(OOX)rats,and oophorectomy with ERT rats.After oophorectomy 4 weeks,ERT rats administrated estradiol valerate(a estrogen,800mg/Kg/qd)replacement therapy for 4 weeks.All rats were killed,and hematocrit,blood viscosity,serum viscosity,erythrocyte deformability and so on were assayed. Results The uterus of OOX rats appeared to atrophy.Blood viscosity(5s -1 ),serum viscosity,and erythrocyte deformation index in OOX rats are more than those in sham-operated and ERT rats.Hematocrit,blood viscosity(150s -1 ),erythrocyte orientation index in three groups are no difference. Conclusions After oophorectomized rats receiving approprate suitable estradiol valerate replacement therapy,their hemcrheological parameters are similar to normal rats and are different from OOX rats.
