阿片类毒品对人体自由基、内分泌激素及细胞免疫的影响

摘    要:
目的:探讨毒品对人体自由基、内分泌激素及细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:吸毒组选择阿片类毒品依赖者17例,男性;对照组30例,均为本校健康男性学员。测定自由基相关指标、内分泌激素、红细胞免疫功能和细胞免疫功能,并进行戒断肾虚症状积分评定。结果:吸毒者外周血超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛明显高于健康人(P<0.01);一氧化氮、一氧化氮合成酶、C3b受体花环率CD4+细胞百分率明显低于健康人(P<0.01);性腺及甲状腺激素亦明显低于健康人(P<0.01;P<0.05)。戒断症状肾虚症状积分评定显示,17例都有典型肾虚症状。结论:阿片类毒品对人体自由基、内分泌激素及细胞免疫有严重的影响,引起细胞免疫功能低下,垂体-性腺及垂体-甲状腺功能严重障碍,性激素水平明显低下,性功能障碍,肾虚明显。

Abstract:
AIM:To study the reactive ability of free radical, endocrine hormones and cellular immune function in the drug addicts. METHODS:Seventeen cases of male drug addicts and 39 years old and 30 cases of male students were enrolled into this study. Free radical and endocrine hormones were observed in drug addicts. T lymphocyte subgroups of peripheral blood were measured by direct microvolume whole blood immunoflurescent staining technique with flow cytometer (FCM) and erythrocyte immune functions (including RBC C3bRR and RBC ICR) were observed to evaluate the immune functions in drug addicts. RESULTS:The value of SOD and MDA in drug addicts were significantly higher than that in normal people(P< 0.01),The values of NO, NOS, LH, FSH, T, T4, TSH, RBC C3bRR and CD4+in drug addicts were significantly lower than that in normal people(P< 0.01, P< 0.05). CONCLUSION:The values of NO, NOS, the gonad function, thyroid function and cellular immune function in drug addicts were lower than that in normal people. The values of SOD and MDA in drug addicts were significantly higher than that in normal people(P< 0.01).
