热球系统与宫腔镜子宫内膜切除术治疗功能性子宫出血的比较

目的比较热球系统与宫腔镜子宫内膜切除术治疗功能性子宫出血的疗效、手术时间、安全性和术后恢复时间。方法在该院接受治疗的功能性子宫出血患者40例,其中行子宫内膜热球治疗和宫腔镜子宫内膜切除术各20例,术后随访6个月,记录手术时间、并发症的发生、临床症状的改善及术后恢复时间等情况。对有效率、手术时间长短、并发症的发生率和术后恢复快慢等进行比较。结果热球治疗与宫腔镜子宫内膜切除术相比,疗效无显著性差别(P>0.05),但其手术时间明显缩短(P<0.05),无并发症的发生,术后恢复快。结论热球系统治疗功能性子宫出血安全、有效、操作简单,病人痛苦少,恢复快,值得推广使用。

Uterine balloon therapy versus hysteroscopic endometrial resection in treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy, safety, operative time and postoperative recovery time of a thermal uterine balloon system with hysteroscopic endometrial resection in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods: 40 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were divided into two groups and were treated by one experienced gynaecological surgeon. One group was given uterine balloon therapy and the other received hysteroscopic endometrial resection. 40 patients were followed up postoperatively for 6 months. The clinical symptom, operative time, postoperative recovery time and operative complications were noted. Results: There was no significant difference in curative effect between the two groups, but the uterine balloon therapy required shorter operative time, had no complication and recovered more quickly. Conclusions: Uterine balloon therapy appears to be as efficacious as endometrial resection. The former is much easier to perform, making the technique readily reproducible, especially by those with limited expertise in hysteroscopic surgery, and thus more widely applicable and safer.
