基底动脉CT平扫对脑动脉硬化症诊断价值的探讨

目的 探讨CT平扫对脑动脉硬化症诊断的价值,以期为临床诊断脑动脉硬化症提供1种诊断方法.方法 以脑动脉硬化症患者70例为观察组,同期健康体检者70例为对照组.测量CT平扫图像上椎动脉的CT值、径线值、偏移中线程度.结果 观察组CT值及径线值均较对照组高,分别为（39.24 ±7.68） Hu和（37.95±6.66） Hu,（4.44±1.57） mm和（4.17±1.48）mm（P均＜0.05）.观察组中基底动脉偏移中线34例（51.4％）,对照组21例（48.6％）,两者差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 基底动脉CT平扫显示基底动脉密度增高、直径增宽或偏移中线提示可能为脑动脉硬化症,应结合临床进一步检查除外基底动脉病变.

The study of the diagnostjc value of plain CT scan on Ceredral arteriosclerosis

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of CT on cerebral arteriosclerosis, in order to provide new diagnostic methods for clinical diagnosis of cerebral arteriosclerosis. Methods 70 patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis were selected as observation group,70 cases having physical exami- nation were selected as control group. CT scan measurements on the image of the vertebral artery CT val- ues, diameter line value, the degree of midline shift. Results The average density and diameter of the basilar artery in the observation group were higher than in the control group, respectively [ （39.24 ~ 7.68）Hu vs. （37.95 ~6.66）Hu,（4.44 ~l.57）mm vs. （4.17 ~ 1.48）mm,P 〈0.05].There were 34 patients （51.4%） having midline deviations of the basilar artery in the observation group and 21 patients （48.6%） in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Basilar artery CT scan shows increased density of the basilar artery, diameter widened, and midline deviations of the basilar artery. These can suggestive of cerebral arteriosclerosis, but that should be combined with further clinical examination.
