计算机精液分析仪应用于不育症精液分析的初步报告

本文比较115例生育男性和210例不育男性精液电子计算机分析结果.显示:1.生育男性精子4级运动速度显著高于不育男性,而1级运动速度低于不育男性(P<0.05).2.不育组精子的VCL、VSL、LIN、STR、ALH、BCF等运动参数明显低于生育组(P<0.05).尤其是其中46例精液常规检查正常者其STR、ALH、BCF等运动参数仍低于生育组(P<0.05).3.精子体外延时试验显示,随时间的延长不育组精子的各项运动参数下降率明显大于生育组(P<0.01).同时就电子计算机精液分析在男性不育症诊治中的应用进行讨论.

A PRELIMINARY REPORT ON COMPUTER-ASSISTED SEMEN ANALYSIS OF INFERTILES

Somen parameters by computer-assisted semen analysis. were compared between 111 fertiles and 210 infertilfs. The results are as follows :1, In fertile group the forth grade VAP were evidently higher than those of infertile group (P<0.05). In infertile group the first grade path velocity (VAP) were evidently higher than those of fertile group (P<0.05).2. VCL, VSL, LIN, STR, ALH, BCF of infertile group were evidently lower than fertile group (P<0.01). The STR, ALH, BCF of 46cases of normal semen parameters by routine examination in infertile group were lower than those of fertile group(P<0.0.1).3, By extracorporal sjierm delayed test the sperm motility parameters in infertile group decreased quicker than, those of fertile group (P<0.01).
