经颅多普勒超声在颅内动脉狭窄诊断中的临床应用价值

摘    要:目的探讨经颅多普勒超声(TCD)在颅内动脉狭窄诊断中的临床应用价值。方法本文应用经颅多普勒超声对60例颅内动脉狭窄患者进行检查,并与数字减影血管造影(DSA)进行对比。结果 TCD诊断血管狭窄的敏感性是110/124(88.71%);阳性预测值110/140(78.00%);阴性预测值569/583(97.60%);漏诊率14/583(2.40%)。结论 TCD和DSA其有互补性,是检测缺血性脑血管病的必要手段。

Abstract:Objective Investigate the clinical value of transcranial doppler ultrasonography(TCD) in diagnosing intracranial arterial stenosis. Methods In this paper,application of transcranial doppler ultrasound in 60 patients with intracranial arterial stenosis have been checked and compared with DSA. Results The sensitivity of TCD diagnosis of vascular stenosis is 110/124,88.71%;positive predictive value 110/140,78.%;Negative predictive value 569/583,97.6%;missed diagnosis rate of 14/583,2.40%. Conclusion TCD and DSA are complementary. They all are the necessary method in detecting ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
