摘    要:
目的:观察形状记忆合金环抱器置入治疗锁骨骨折的疗效。方法:选择2001-03/2008-03甘肃省肿瘤医院及兰州大学第一医院骨科收治的锁骨骨折患者78例,男49例,女29例,年龄16~74岁,平均48岁;其中左侧47例,右侧31例;短斜形39例,长斜形18例,粉碎性21例。全部患者均采用切开复位镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器内固定进行治疗。X射线平片观察骨折愈合情况及有无并发症发生。结果:78例患者均获得随访,随访时间10~24个月,平均18个月。术后3个月常规摄X射线平片示骨折线消失,骨痂生长丰富,肩关节无畸形,无感染及不愈合病例发生。骨折均于8~12周达临床愈合。按骨科临床肩关节疗效评价标准,术后10个月优58例,良16例,可4例,优良率95%。结论:镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器操作简单,固定可靠,并发症少,是治疗锁骨骨折的有效方法。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the therapeutic effect of shape memory alloy embracing fixator implantation on treatment of clavicle fracture.METHODS: A total of 78 cases with clavicle fracture were selected from Gansun Tumor Hospital and First Hospital of Lanzhou University, including 49 males and 29 females, aged 16 to 74 years, with an average of 48 years old. There were 47 cases with left clavicle fracture, 31 cases of the right side, and short oblique 39 cases, 18 cases of long oblique, comminuted in 21 cases. All patients were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with TiNi-shape memory alloy embracing fixators. Fracture healing and complications were observed by X-ray.RESULTS: All the 78 cases were followed up for an average of 18 months (from 10 months to 24 months). X-ray film showed that fracture line disappeared with rich callus. There was no deformity, infection, or disunion occurred. Clinical healing time was 8-12 weeks. According to UCLA shoulder-rating score system, 58 cases obtained excellent, while 16 cases good and 4 cases ordinary. The excellent and good rate was 95%.CONCLUSION: TiNi-shape memory alloy embracing fixator is effective to treat the clavicle fracture with similarity, controllability, operability and few complications.
