摘    要:目的:建立测定水中烷基酚的气相色谱-质谱分析方法。方法:水样采用OASIS HLB固相萃取柱提取富集,以10%甲醇-甲基叔丁基醚洗脱,在优化的分析条件下,气相色谱-质谱法测定样品中的6种烷基酚。结果:方法的平均回收率大于80%,6次测定的相对标准偏差在3.5%~5.8%之间,标准曲线相关系数r>0.999。结论:本方法采用固相萃取,溶剂用量少,适于环境水样的测定。

Abstract:Objective:To develop a method for analysis of alkylphenols in water by gas chromatography(GS)-mass spectrometry(MS).Methods:Water samples were extracted and enriched with OASIS HLB solid phase extraction(SPE) column,and eluted with 10% methanol-methyl tert-butyl ether.The 6 alkylphenols were determined in optimized analytical condition by GS-MS methods.Results:Average recoveries of the method were above 80% with relative standard deviation ranged from 3.5% to 5.8% in 6 tests.The correlation coefficient of standard curve was r>0.999.Conclusion:Using a small amount of SPE solvent,the method allows the suitable determination of environment water sample.
