社区康复治疗对脑卒中恢复期患者的疗效分析

目的分析社区康复治疗脑卒中恢复期患者的疗效，探讨符合我国国情的社区康复模式。方法选择脑卒中患者80例，随机分为康复组（40例）和对照组（40例）。分别在入组时、康复干预第4、12周时采用Fugl·Meyer（simplified Fu—Meyer assessment，FMA）评定肢体运动功能，采用改良Barthel指数（modified barthel index，MBI）评定日常生活活动能力。结果出院时2组FMA、MBI评分比较，差异无统计学意义。出院第4、12周康复组FMA、MBI评分与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05和P〈0．01）。结论社区康复治疗可以提高脑卒中患者日常生活自理能力和生活满意度。

Efects of Community-based Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients in Recovery Stage

Objective] To analyze the effects of community-based rehabilitation of stroke patients in recovery stage and explore the proper community-based rehabilitation model in China＇s national situation. Methods]80 cases of stroke patients were selected and randomly divided into rehabilitation group （40 cases ） and control group （40 cases ）. Motion functions of extremities were assessed with simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment （FMA） in the 1st, the 2nd and the 12th week of rehabilitation interventions, the ability of daily living was assessed with Modified Barthel Index （ MBI）. Results]When the patients discharged from hospital, the scores of FMA and MB1 between the two groups were not significantly different. 4 and 12 weeks after the rehabilitation, the difference of FMA and MBI score was significant （ P 〈 0.05 and P 〈 0.01 respectively）, compared with the control group. Condusion ] Communitybased rehabilitation treatment can improve the activity of daily living and life satisfaction of patients.
