医护人员丙型病毒性肝炎防治知识的知晓情况

[目的]了解医护人员对丙型病毒性肝炎防治知识的知晓情况，提出应对措施。[方法]采用三阶段抽样法抽取上海市有代表性的4个区的一、二、三级医院重点科室共3200名医护人员，进行丙肝防治知识问卷调查。并采用卡方检验、多因素非条件logistic回归分析等统计学方法，分析医护人员丙肝防治知识知晓状况。[结果]在不同等级医院间、不同受教育程度医护人员间对丙肝防治知识的知晓率存在差异（P〈0．05），二、三级医院医护人员丙肝知晓率高于一级医院，且随受教育程度提升而升高（P趋势〈0．05）。受教育程度、医院等级对医护人员丙肝知识知晓率有影响。[结论]低等级医院及受教育程度低的医护人员对丙肝防治知识的知晓率较低，今后应针对该状况加强基层医院医护人员的丙肝防治知识培训。

Hepatitis C Awareness in Medical Staff
