水垫法用于阴道手术的研究

在膀胱阴道隔或直肠阴道膈间注射生理盐水形成水垫，依靠水的压力，使阴道壁与膀胱或直肠壁自然分离，间隙增宽，在阴道手术时，以正确的解剖关系分离阴道壁与膀胱或直肠壁，操作简单，可以缩短于手术时间（Ｐ〈０．０１），减少出血（Ｐ〈０．０１），用水垫法作阴道手术８种６９例，优良者６８例占９８．５５％，未出现膀胱或直肠损失，未发生并发症，证明本方法安全可靠，优于传统方法，适宜在基层医院推广应用。

Study of Vaginal Operation with Normal Saline Padding

Sixty-nine cases undergoing vaginal operation with saline padding were reported. The procedure was that certain amount of normal saline was injected into vesicovaginal space or rectovagirial space prior to vaginal operation,and thus the vaginal wall could separated from vesical wall or rectal wall. The vaginal operation procedures became simpler and the duration of operation could be shortened. No any injury to urinary bladder and rectum occurred. The results showed that the operation duration was shorter than controls (P<0. 01) ;the frequency of heamorrhage was less than controls (P<0. 01). In conclusion, it was considered that the vaginal operation with saline padding was superior to the traditional one because of its safety and reliability. This padding method may be more suitable for doctor in local hospitals.
