银杏叶提取物对糖尿病大鼠抗氧化能力的影响

摘    要:目的研究银杏提取物对糖尿病大鼠的抗氧化能力。方法将36只2型糖尿病模型Wistar大鼠按血糖分层随机分为模型对照组、银杏叶提取物高和低剂量(6和3 mg/kg)组,每组各12只。另取12只健康Wistar大鼠作为正常对照。连续给药4周。测定大鼠体质量、心脏/体质量比,血清及心脏丙二醛(MDA)、还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)、超氧歧化酶(SOD)和糖基化终产物(AGEs)含量,以及血清糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)。结果与正常对照组相比,模型对照组体质量、血清和心脏GSH、SOD含量显著降低(P<0.01或0.05),而心脏/体质量比、血清HbA1C以及血清和心脏体MDA、AGEs含量显著升高(P<0.01或0.05);与模型对照组相比,银杏叶提取物高和低剂量组大鼠体质量、血清和心脏GSH和SOD含量显著升高(P<0.01或0.05),而心脏/体质量比、血清HbA1C含量以及血清和心脏体MDA、AGEs含量显著降低(P<0.01或0.05)。结论银杏叶提取物可降低糖尿病大鼠的心脏氧化应激反应,此作用可能与银杏叶提取物预防糖尿病心脏病有关。

Abstract:Purpose To investigate the effect of Ginkgo Biloba extract(GBE) on the oxidative stress in diabetic rats.Methods 36 Wistar rats which were induced to become the models of type 2 diabetes mellitus successfully by high-lipids and high-sucrose feeding and intraperitoneal SZT injection were randomly divided into Model Control Group(MCG),GBE Low Dose Group(GLG) and GBE High Dose Group(GHG),and there were 12 rats in each group.12 healthy Wistar rats were in Normal Control Group(NCG).Rats in GLG and GHG respectively ig 6 and 3 mg/kg of GBE,4 weeks.Body weight,ratio of heart weight and body weight,contents of Malonaldehyde(MDA),glutathione hormone(GSH),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and advanced glycation end products(AGEs) in serum and heart including HbA1C in serum were determined.Results Compared with NCG,body weight,contents of GSH and SOD in MCG significantly decreased(P<0.01),but ratio of heart weight and body weight,HbA1C in serum,contents of MDA and AGEs in serum and heart MCG significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with MCG,body weight,contents of GSH and SOD in GLG and GHG significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),but ratio of heart weight and body weight,HbA1C in serum,contents of MDA and AGEs in serum and heart significantly decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion GBE can decrease the oxidative stress of heart in diabetic rats,which perhaps is related to the prevention of GBE to heart disease in diabetes mellitus.
