| 摘 要： | 目的:比较经尿道前列腺切除术(transurethral resection of theprostate,TURP)和开放前列腺切除术(open prostatectomy,OP)治疗大体积良性前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)的安全性。方法:检索Medline、Embase、CochraneLibrary中有关TURP和OP治疗大体积BPH的文献。Revman5.0进行Meta分析。结果:纳入文献6篇。TURP术中输血、术后尿道狭窄、再手术发生率均高于OP。结论:治疗大体积BPH,TURP较OP术中出血多,术后尿道狭窄、二次手术发生率高。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP) with open prostatectomy(OP) for benign prostatic hyperplasia with large volume in safety. Methods The literature was searched by Medline, Embase, and the Cochrane Library. Meta-analysis was performed using Review Manager 5.0. Results TURP was singnificantly more often associated with transfusion requirement, higher rate of urethral stricture and reintervention. Conclusions OP was safer than TURP for less transfusion requirement, urethral stricture and reintervention. |
