| 摘 要： | 目的 进一步降低胃癌误行胆囊切除手术的发生。方法 回顾性分析 6例胃癌误行胆囊切除的临床资料。结果 5例术中发现为胃癌 ,其中 4例根治性切除 ,1例无法切除 ;另 1例术中未发现而延误病情达两月之久。结论 胃癌与胆囊结石或息肉并存机率较大 ,临床医师应对病史、体征及实验室检查作深入细致的分析 ,以防止胃癌误行胆囊切除术。

| Abstract: | Objective To further lessen the misdiagnosis of gastric cancer in cholecystectomy.Methods The clinical data of 6 cases of gastric cancer with misdiagnosis were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 6 cases, 5 were diagnosed as having gastric cancer during operation (4 receiving radical gastrectomy and one being not subjected to gastrectomy) and one misdiagnosed for two months.Conclusion Co existence of gastric cancer and gallstone or polyp of gallbladder had a great possibility. To prevent gastric cancer from receiving cholecystectomy, surgeons should seriously analyze the clinical data of the patients. |
