| 摘 要： | 1997年3—10月，采用以宣传为主的干预活动，对云南省某县34家娱乐场所的173名服务人员进行艾滋病预防行为干预，经过历时3个月的干预，研究对象对艾滋病传播途径、预防方法和潜伏期的知晓率从18．5％、56．8％和401％分别上升为97％、97．3％和95．5％．最近3次性行为均使用避孕套的频率从41．3％上升为88．4％．本研究发现该人群愿意并有能力学习艾滋病有关知识，并改变其危险性行为。建议在今后的干预工作中进一步加大力度，增加避孕套的可获得性，改善就医环境．

| Abstract: | A behavior intervention research of HIV/AIDS prevention wasconducted in 173 prostitutes of 34 entertainment places in a county of Yunnanprovince from March to October in 1997. The intervention activities focused onAIDS knowledge education. After three months of intervention, the knowledgeabout the routes of HIV transmission. prevention and latent period from HIVinfection to AIDS increased from 18.5%. 56.8% and 40.1% to 97%. 97.3%and 95.5%, respectively. The rate of condom use among them in recently threetimes of sexual intercourse increased from 41 .3% to 88.4%. The results showedthat most of the prostitutes were interested in learning AIDS knowledge andchanging their risk behaviors. After the intervention, several strategies were suggested to strengthen intervention on STD/AIDS and condom supply, andimprove STD treatment environment. |
