| Abstract: | AIM: To study the effect of anisodamine hydrochloride on stability of cephradine injection. METHODS; Reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography method was used to determine the concentration of cephradine in 0. 9% NS solution and other solutions containing anisodamine hydrochloride at the various times and three temperatures. RESULTS: There were no significant differences between the concentrations of the two sets at different times and temperatures (P>0. 05). CONCLUSION;The cephradine was stable when it was together with anisodamine hydrochloride. |
