PRK、LASIK治疗中低度近视术后一年的对比分析

目的　评价准分子激光角膜切削术 (PRK)和准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术 (LASIK )治疗中低度近视术后一年裸眼视力比较。方法　对PRK 5 0例 (98眼 ) ,LASIK 5 0例 (97例 )眼 ,屈光度 -0 .75D～ -6.0 0D。散光度 0 .0 0～ -4 .0 0DC ,术前裸眼视力及矫正视力均无显著性差异的患者随访观察。结果　LASIK优于PRK ,LASIK在术后一年随访中裸眼视力均数值高于PRK ,术后 4天、1周、1月、3月两组裸眼视力有显著差异 ,6个月两组裸眼视力无显著性差异。结论　LASIK优于PRK

Comparison Analysis on PRK and LASIK in Correction of Mild and Moderate Myopia a Year after Operation

Objective To evaluate the differences in uncorrected visual acuity 1 year after the treatment of PRK and LASIK in patients with moderate and mild myopia.Method 50 PRK treated patients(98 eyes) and 50 LASIK treated patients(97 eyes) with refraction from -0.75D to -6.00D,astigmatism from 0.00 to -4.00DC who have no significant difference in uncorrected acuity were followed up.Results LASIK was better than PRK.The uncorrected acuity 1 year after operation in LASIK group was better than that in PRK group.The differences in the uncorrected visual acuity after 4 days,1 week,1 month,3 months postoperatively between the two groups were significant.The difference in uncorrected visual acuity 6 months after operation between two groups was not significant.Conclusion LASIK is better than PRK.
