右半结肠憩室的X线诊断

目的：探讨老年患者右半结肠憩室的Ｘ线诊断和发病原因。材料与方法：１８例患者均行钡剂灌肠Ｘ线检查。结果：本组患者平均年龄５７岁，憩室全部位于右半结肠而不合并左半结肠憩室，多为多发。结论：老年患者因肠肌软弱及长期便秘，用力排便，使肠内压增高，也可能由于生活水平提高，从高渣低脂饮食，使肠蠕动减弱而产生大量气体，促使肠内压升高，从而为憩室的形成创造了条件。

X-Ray Diagnosis of the Diverticulum of Right-Half Colon

Purpose:To explore the righe-half colon x-ray diverticulum for old-aged patients and the causes of the disease.Materials and Methods:Barium enema and X-ray examination for 18 cases of patients.Results:The average age of the 18 patients is 57.The diverticulums of them are all located at the right-half colon and not combined with the left-half colon diverticulum.They are frequently-occurring cases.Conclusions:The old-aged patients,because of the weakening of their myenteron and long-suffering astriction,foroibly move their bowels which leads to the rise of the pressure inside the intestines.It may also be caused by the weakening of the enterocinesia resulting in the generation of large quantity of gasses which also raises the pressure inside the intestines and leads to diverticulum.The latter cause has simething to do with the improvement of living standards which incurs the shift from high-dregs and low-fat food to low-dregs and high-fat food.
